In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about how your personal data is processed.

Identity and contact: name / company, email address, phone number
Request details: the message you write in the contact form and the product you are interested in
Security: an irreversibly hashed record of your IP address, your cookie choice and its date

3. Purposes

Responding to quote, information, dealership and technical support requests
Handling sales and after-sales communication
Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse
Recording your cookie choice and meeting legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of KVKK: where it is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, necessary for our legal obligations, necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed, and, where required, your explicit consent.

5. Collection method

Your data is collected electronically through the contact form and the cookie banner on our website.

6. Transfers

Your data may be shared, only for the purposes above and to the extent necessary, with our hosting and email service providers, authorised public bodies and, where your request requires, authorised partners of the relevant brands (Autocom, OBDeleven). If a provider is located abroad, transfers are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK.

7. Retention

Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted or anonymised; data subject to a statutory retention duty is kept for the period required by law.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, request notification of these actions to third parties, object to results against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request with details that identify you to info@mobildiag.com or in writing to the address above. We respond within 30 days at the latest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
